County receives 13.61 tons of tires on Amnesty Day
On Sept. 21 Newton County hosted a Tire Amnesty Day and received 13.61 tons of tires from Newton County residents. Combined with the May 25 Tire Amnesty event, Newton County has collected more than 21 tons of tires in 2024.
