GOAL winner a family first
Rien Perez, a first-generation college student in Ogeechee Technical College’s Fish & Wildlife Management program, was named the 2025 Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership – GOAL – winner. Perez and three other finalists were celebrated during a reception held Wednesday in the Jack Hill Building at OTC.
