Let The Big ‘Dawg Speak: “You Can’t Just Give People Points.”
Brett Davis-Imagn Images Kirby Smart met the media after Georgia’s closer than expected 41-31 victory over Mississippi State and, perhaps comfortingly, seems to be worried about a lot of the same things you and I are. * Giving up 14 easy points on penalties and turnovers in five minutes of game time? Bad idea. * Having no consistency in the secondary? Also not helpful. * Is anybody in the SEC running the ball effectively? Kirby and I may disagree a little on that one. In other news, the Top ‘Dawg discussed: * What he knows about the injury that sent Branson Robinson to the locker room (and the one that’s kept Jared Wilson on the sideline). * Anthony Evans’ progression. * The continuing frustration of having so many of his “vocal alpha leaders” stuck on the sideline as cheerleaders. * That shove that has so many Alabama and Auburn fans in a swivet. * Arian Smith’s mental maturity. * A whole lot more. As always, our profound thanks to the folks at Bulldawg Illustrated for the use of their crystal clear video. Check them out as you’re making your rounds of the Bulldog Internet. And… Go ‘Dawgs!!!
